College Transcript

Transcript request documents are sent to supplying institutions (or their hubs) in order to request that a transcript be supplied for the specified student.

Transcript requests are uniquely identified by their Reference Number (a.k.a. Request Tracking ID) and all subsequent document exchanges for this request must use the same reference number to update the status of the request.
