Transcript Response
Transcript Response documents are sent to the request institution (or hubs) in order to indicate an inability to fullfill the request for the transcript at this time.

Response Types
Type | Description |
---|---|
Cancellation | Request for cancellation was successful |
Not found | The transcript for the requested student was not found in institution’s database |
Deceased | Not processed (deceased) |
Re-Issue | Resend request in its original form |
On Hold | A.K.A On Financial Hold, usually fees owing at institution |
Hardcopy Sent | Transcript was sent by hardcopy (email or post) to the destination institution(s) |
No Academic Data | The student was found but there is no academic data to send |
Rejection | Cancellation of the request was not successful as it is already in process or sent |
Deferred | Deferred request will be held until it matures (see below) |
Deferral of Requests
When a transcript request specifies a desired fulfillment at a future date (eg at the end of a given term or when the academic award is received), the supplying institution may respond indicating the request will be on hold until a given future date.
